Actor Salman Khan has broken his silence over the lack of support he has gained from Bollywood fraternity for the film, including his latest big screen outing with Sikandar. In an interview with the Bollywood Bubble, the interviewer pointed out how colleagues in the Hindi film industry refrain from giving a shout-out to his projects despite often promoting films from colleagues and friends, regardless of budget or size.

Salman then turned his attention to the upcoming recent release and showed continued support for his peers. He screamed at Sunny Deol’s upcoming action-packed film Jatt, scheduled for release on April 10, 2025. Additionally, Salman has acknowledged the Malayalam film L2: Empolan, featuring Mohanlal and Prishvirajskmaran, which premiered two days before Sikandar.

Salman Khan is back on the big screen
Salman has returned to the big screen for the first time since 2023 with Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss. Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj and Sharman Joshi play a vital role in this film. Sikandar is Salman’s first Eid release in two years. Sikandar was released in theaters on Sunday, March 30th. Sikandar is directed by AR Murugadoss, best known for films like Ghajini. The film follows Salman as Shikandar, who seeks justice in order to protect the three individuals whose wife has donated their organs.
According to Sacnilk.com’s latest box office update, Sikandar collected £Previously in India, it’s 84.25 crore. Box office revenues say Sikandar minted £9.75 crores on the fourth day of release. This is the lowest one-day collection of films ever. The film often opened on Sundays during Eid, a public holiday. £26 crores. On the second day there was slight growth £29 crores.
