Iam Tonggi revealed an incredible weight loss while walking the red carpet at the world premiere of “Lilo & Stitch” in Los Angeles.
The winner of “American Idol” was down 115 pounds, which he admitted was “surprising.” Tongi, 20, believed that his personal trainer had helped him get on track with his health and weight loss goals.

Iam Tongi focuses on his health two years after he won “American Idol.”
“We have a training session. Maybe around 11, come back. [home]and we go to the ice bath or sauna,” he told People magazine.
“And we go back and take a shower and go for a walk. And I lost 115 pounds. It’s a great feeling. I feel great.”

Tonggi said he is committed to “working on himself” and “trying to stay healthy.”
Tongi has songs from the new live-action “Lilo & Stitch” movie.
He has been leaning towards change this season and is inspired by creation now living in Tennessee.
“I moved to Memphis, so I was busy working out, writing, recording, but in a different way,” he said.

Iam Tongi won season 21 of the popular singing show.
“I’m actually working on an album, so I’m excited about it. I’ll see how it goes. I’m inspired by a lot of souls. I love Al Green, and Al Green is my favorite singer. [single]. ”
Despite the transition to a land-confined state, Tongi is always grateful to visit her Hawaii home.
“It’s a great feeling to go home, look at people and see them get excited when they see me. It feels so good. It’s a cool feeling,” he said.

Tongi has formed a close bond with the “American Idol” contestants.
Despite the competition, Tongi formed friendships with both fellow competitors.
“Honestly, unless it’s for these people, my family and our friends, I don’t know if I’ll stay humble, because these people taught me that I’m useless every day. “Honestly, we laugh a lot.”
After his victory, Tongi received a backlash from viewers. Many claimed that the musician only won for his “soat story.” The competitor’s father passed away in 2021, and Tongi often referred to his father and used the guitar during his performance.
