Let’s face it, there’s a red carpet moment – and Anne Hathaway wears Versace’s red carpet moment.

In 2023, the Oscar winning actress was surprised at the Versace Show in LA wearing a NA carved black crocodile embossed mini dress that can easily serve as the gold standard for summer date night dressing in 2025.

The refined, fierce, and undoubtedly luxurious ensemble has made the splash of high fashion and rock and roll energy effortlessly married.

The structured mini dress, made in one of only Versace, featured a corset bodice and exaggerated hips that paid homage to the brand’s signature bomb silhouette.

The fake clock finish adds a rich, tactile element, catches light with a glossy sheen, giving the clothes a very sultry and almost a liquid effect.

But the dress wasn’t the only one that created the look. Anne completed the impressive piece with thin black tights and high-shining mega platform boots.

The footwear choice is dramatic and confident, let’s face it – it was really cool and helped to lock in the look while her mini black bag subtly nodded to the richness of the overall aesthetic.
