Today's Fire and Ice Menu – For the fire, I grilled sea scallops in everything that comes out of the grill, this Asian malillo and clear butter. These amazing, amazing head-on shrimp, marinated red chili. There are grilled New York strips, rafiorentina with special herbs, and some grilled lemon juice. And in the case of ice – my favorite parts by the way are the shrimp cocktail, porter and ceviche. It's one tuna, one hamachi, one scallop, we call Michi Lada and is also Escola.
