Almost two years after the country’s final tour, Big Thieves will hit the road for a newly announced North American dated run.
Called the Somersault Slide 360 Tour, the 20-day show will be released in Sacramento, California on September 17th, traverseing the US and Mexico before wrapping in Houston, Texas on November 7th.

However, the band tried to alleviate the fears of fans who might be worried about missing them on their upcoming trekking. “The Somersault Slide 360 tour continues until 2026. These shows, just announced, are the first shows to come,” they explained. “Set those antennas on a clear diagonal line.”
The tour was the first run of Big Thieves’ American show in 2023, supporting their fifth album. Dragon New Warm Mountain I believe in youIt was released the previous year. The record was the biggest commercial success of all time, peaking at number 31 on the Billboard 200, receiving a Grammy nomination for Best Album and a Best Album for Best Album and a Best Alternative Music Performance for his second single, “ESCERSTY.”
Big Thief released the single in 2023, and in July 2024, the group announced the departure of bassist Max Oleartchik, citing his exit “interpersonal reasons”. In February, Big Thief also announced the new LA Wildfires Benefit EP. Passionate relationship We’ll gather some of their “favorite unreleased songs” to help with relief for those affected by the Los Angeles fire.
During the studio release, vocalist and guitarist Adrian Renker will release her A bright future Records of the 2024 album and accompanying tours featured in the recently released one I live in Revolution Hall album. On Friday (May 2nd), drummer James Krivchenia released the album Execution of beliefs.
