Chris Hemsworth is a Hollywood Pro and has starred in dozens of films, but he says his latest project has given him a nerve case.
While outing for an Amazon MGM Studios presentation at Cinemacon 2025 in Las Vegas on April 2, Hemsworth, 41, revealed that he was “blackmailed” to work with Halleberry for the first time in an upcoming film Crime 101.
“I admired Halle’s work over the years. I was clearly sitting on the other side of her in the scene and not only was we adore what she was doing, but I was clearly very scared,” Hemsworth told E! News from a joint interview with 58-year-old Berry about the event’s red carpet.
But he said Never let it go The actress immediately reassured him on set.

In their new thriller Crime 101Berry, an adaptation of the Don Winslow novel of the same name, plays a tired insurance broker involved in a multi-million dollar robbery drawn by a master jewel burglar named Davis, portrayed by Hemsworth. The film also features Mark Ruffalo as LAPD detective Davis.

Last month, Hemsworth spoke of another celebrity encounter, and he felt a bit upset. The exterior of Late Show with Stephen Colbert On March 26, the actor told host Stephen Colbert that he regretted asking Billy Eilish to take a selfie at the 2025 Oscars.
“I remember thinking, ‘Oh, don’t do it, don’t do it,'” he recalled taking a photo with the singer of ‘Feather Bird’.
However, he said that he and his wife Elsa Pataki had posed for a selfie anyway.
“I was like, ‘No, my kids are going to love this,’ and the moment I took it, I was like, ‘I went from a work colleague like a fan I am now.’ The Marvel star told Colbert.
“We will never become friends and never become best friends,” Hemsworth jokingly added.
