Famous Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, aka Davido, is embarking on a new journey in the music business as he gets involved with American distribution franchise, United Masters.
The three-time Grammy nominee partnered with UnitedMasters to create Nine+ Records, a label that goes beyond Afrobeats and includes hip-hop, R&B, Latin and country genres.

Founder and CEO Steve Stout said in a statement:
“I see [Davido] As an entrepreneur who can build the next Bad Boy, the next Death Row, and the next label as influential as Cash Money,” United Masters CEO Steve Stout said of the new venture.

Davido closes Madison Square Garden
The Nigerian international star shut down Madison Square Garden for the first time ever on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, once again bringing Afrobeats to the forefront.
Davido performed many of his hit songs from ‘Skelewu’ to ‘Stand Strong’, ‘Feel’ and ‘Unavailable’ at historical locations as part of his long Timeless Tour.
