(CNN) – Demi Lovato had a very eventful weekend.
The singer and actress tied the knot with California songwriter and recording artist Jordan “Jute” route on Sunday, and Lovato shared with Vogue.
She wore a white gown designed by Vivienne Westwood.
“When I was thinking [what dress style I wanted] I've often returned to Vivienne's designs. In particular, silhouettes are a way that really complements your body curves and use of corsets,” Lovato said.
She and Lutes reportedly met in January 2022, and are collaborating on Lovato's album “Holy FVCK.” Lutes proposed the following year.
Lovato's silk and satin gowns, including corset bodice, were “created over the course of five Los Angeles equipment and the Vivienne Westwood couture team traveled from London to realize the appearance.”
“I love everything about dresses,” Lovato said.
She also wore a second waistwood dress for reception.
“There was a lot of attention to detail on the reception dress beads,” explained Robert.
“The pearl details and drapes were very special, with each chain being draped one by one and hand attached,” she said. “It's a unique piece that makes me feel so special.”
Lovato and Lutes together make beautiful music.
He co-written “Material” with her, and she also shared songwriting credits with him on songs called “Happy Ending” and “The City of Angels.”
