Disgraceful rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is scheduled to go to court on May 5th to engage in prostitution for sexual traffic, assault and transport. His ex-girlfriend, Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura, is set to testify against the hip-hop mogul currently behind a Brooklyn bar.
People said the prosecutor confirmed in a motion filed Friday, April 4th that Cathy, previously signed by Diddy, testified under her real name. “She’s ready to testify in her name,” Filing said of Ventura. Rolling Stone identified her as “Victim 1” in January.
The filing further stated that other alleged victims remain anonymous throughout the lawsuit.
At each prosecutor’s request, anonymous victims will be featured in a Didy Trial using “pseudonyms only.” They also need protection to avoid sharing identification details.
Cathy’s previous lawsuit against Diddy
In November 2023, Ventura filed a civil suit against him in federal court, repeatedly accusing him of physical abuse for over a decade. Her serious allegations against Combs suggested that he forced her to have sex with a male sex worker while he was masturbating and filming. Among other accusations, Diddy is believed to have been raped in September 2018. The former couple personally settled the lawsuit in one day, and the cod denied all claims.
However, as CNN released a long-standing video of the 2016 incident, things flipped over to Bad Boy Records Boss’ favor, capturing visual evidence of Diddy’s physically attacking the hotel lobby. In leaked surveillance footage, the accused is seen brutally defeating and kicking his then-girlfriend. Other scenes also show him dragging ventura to the floor.
In September 2024, Diddy was charged with federal charges of sex trafficking, assault and transport for engaging in prostitution. He has since suffocated him for sexual assault and other allegations and has choked him in the sea of lawsuits. He continued to deny the misconduct and pleaded not guilty. He is currently in custody in a special housing unit at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
This is a developing story.
