Today, Reddit's R/BollyBlindsngossip has emerged as a go-to platform for Bollywood fans looking for the latest information and scoops about their favorite actors, with the community offering a wealth of insider gossip and juicy trinkets.

Founder mod eccentricbai has started this subreddit and has been doing it since 2018. There are a total of 12 active mods. Currently, the r/bollyblindsngossip subreddit boasts over 2.2 million followers and is logged in to get a peek into the life of the stars.
In an interview with the Hindustan Times promoted by Reddit India, I spoke with Eccentricbai, founder and moderator of R/Bollyblindsngossip, looking inside the way the community works and unveiling the biggest scoops emerging from Bollywood.
“I don't think Alia is the best actress, even when the whole media is by her side. We don't buy Nepo's children's struggle stories. The star kids who travel by car and are praised by Virus Bayani and other Pap pages are openly ridiculed here as 'PR stunts',” eccentricbai (EB) told us via email.

According to Eccentricbai, the community is “a melting pot of many conflicting ideas and people. Fans and anti-fans, gossip monarchs and cynicists, real insider sauces, fake rumor spreaders, they all coexist here.”
As for factors leading to community growth, moderators share, “the lack of options to discuss Bollywood gossip without the pressure of PR and abusive fans. People are terrifying to fight on Twitter and language.”
“The comment section of articles about Bollywood is managed by Pr. Our subreddit is only where people can freely discuss Bollywood, and discussions are actively relaxed, so people don't use live language. Anonymous is basically a forum where people can organize Bollywood thoughts and it by aligning Bollywood's respect and freedom.
