pAkistani actors Mahira Khan, Fawad Khan and Mawra Hocane have been omitted from the posters of Bollywood films on the music platform. On Monday, Mawra Hocane's face was removed from the “Sanam Teri Kasam” album cover of Spotify and YouTube music. The cover features only the film's main man, Hirschwardan Lane. Shortly after the omission of Maura from the film poster, fans noticed that the image of Mahira Khan was missing from Shah Luk Khan's film “Raees,” which marked Mahira's debut in Bollywood. The “Raees” album, which previously showed Mahira Khan and Shah Lukh Khan, now features only Shah Rukh.
Meanwhile, the song “Buddhu Sa Mann,” featuring Fawad Khan alongside Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt, is currently unaccessible on YouTube in India, saying, “Video is not available. The uploader is not available to your home video.”
The song was posted by Sony Music India. The song poster appears to have been changed in the music app, and Fawad has been removed from the image.
Interestingly, Fawad Khan is still featured on Khoobsurat's poster, marking his Bollywood debut and co-star Sonam Kapoor. “If I can open my arm…”: Riddy Dogra, who works with Fawad Khan at Abir Gurahl, appears to be part of a recent edit and removal. Following the terrorist attacks in Pahargam, India has taken strong retaliation measures through Operation Sindoah, leading to the ban on Pakistani content on streaming and OTT platforms. Some Pakistani celebrities' social media pages have also been blocked in India due to tensions between the two countries. Fawad's film Abir Gulaal is the first Bollywood film in nine years and was scheduled to be released on May 9th, but the film is also banned in India. The film also plays an important role: Vaani Kapoor and Riddy Dogra. (Agent)
