The Brighton Philharmonic concludes its centenary with a concert dedicated to the appropriately celebratory work, the Messian’s Trangalilla Symphony Orchestra. This funny show begins with the myth of pirates before taking you on a historic voyage through their true exploitation and destiny. Mary Reed and Anne Bonney, Captain Kidd and Barbarossa All-Stars. The exhibit documents explain how Blackbeard was beheaded in battle, and his head was hanging from the buds of a naval ship.

Albrecht Dürer invented the Renaissance. This Nuremberg artist visited Italy and saw what contemporaries such as Leonardo and Raphael were doing, and used his prints to popularize it. This posthumous album of British singer Smith, who died in a 17-year-old car accident last year, follows where Nick Cave’s 2021 album, the viaduct, is a loom. Songs such as indie shuffles that are rich and softly cant with billions of melodies represent talent that has just begun.
