Also attending Saturday’s I Am Maria event was a 69-year-old former woman, California’s daughter, Katherine Schwarzenegger and husband, Chris Pratt.
Maria published her collection of 352 pages of poetry on April 1, and soon became a New York Times bestseller.
Schreiber has longtime friend and neighbor Oprah Winfrey joined the Godmothers.
