A veteran hospitality executive with over 25 years of industry experience, Dinnall leads every aspect of hotel operation, team development and guest experience, continuing Andaz’s tradition of bold design and creative spirit.
The background to Dinnall’s completed hospitality is shaped by the Hyatt brand and its leadership for over 20 years since. Before joining the Andas West Hollywood team, he served as general manager of Hyatt’s Waterfront Hotel in Oakland, California, where he established major airline partnerships, expanding the hotel’s crew business, increasing consistent occupancy and guest satisfaction. He previously held a senior role at Grand Hyatt San Francisco. This included operations directors and room directors, and played a key role in driving operational performance and team development. Dinnall also served as general manager at Diamond Resorts in Scottsdale and Las Vegas, overseeing capital improvement projects and navigating the transition period on both properties.
Andas West Hollywood features 219 rooms and 21 luxurious suites, a variety of dining outlets and Los Angeles’ tallest rooftop pool bar, with a $500,000 renovation in 2022.
