Appearing in “White Lotus” is not for the faint of heart. Not only will Season 3 be producing six months in unpredictable weather in Thailand, but paying attention to those involved after its release is not always easy for everyone.
“I’m so happy that it’s fading right now,” Season 3 star Jason Isaac said in a recent roundtable conversation with the Los Angeles Times. “I want to go back to normal life, but I don’t know how people who surpass that are dealing with it.”
Even as a member of the “Harry Potter” franchise, Isaac was not prepared for the type of advertising he received during this year’s “White Lotus” and what it led to. During his “billion interviews,” he expressed the difficulty of doing the show, trying to remain open and honest, but he didn’t know that people would spin on his words.
“So I said, ‘You make friends. You lose friends, romance, etc. It happens between the department and all the behind-the-scenes drama that we’re all used to,” Isaacs said. “Well, the online world was angry and trying to dismantle it, trying to solve people who know who and who are who. [doing what]. ”
Isaacs refers to a quote from a March 2025 Vulture interview. “It was like a cross between summer camp and the ‘Fly Lord’, but in a golden cage. The holidays weren’t very close. White lotus Similarly, deaths have been reduced, but dramas are about the same. ”
Isaacs said that what the online world hadn’t noticed was that he wasn’t talking about the cast alone, not just about the cast.all Crew and all departments – not everyone’s business. “In fact, Isaacs felt that people were more interested in creating gossip than evaluating the works that were included this season.
“What happened there was far less interesting than Mike White’s great story,” he told the LA Times. “You’re probably not interested in who you went to dinner with. I wish you hadn’t opened your mouth, but I don’t want to pretend it’s a holiday.”
In addition to Isaacs, “The White Lotus” season 3 also included Walton Goggins, Parker Posey, Aimee Lou Wood, Carrie Coon, Michelle Monaghan, Leslie Bibb, Patrick Schwarzenegger and Natasha Rothwell.
