The Nashville Yard Entertainment Component is highlighted by a 12-screen cineplex with dining options, but will be rebranded under a new name and will open in the fall.
The future space will be called the Hooky Nashville Yard, where Austin-based parent company Fooky Entertainment, will oversee the complex.

A Nashville Yard spokesman said Hooky Entertainment is associated with Es Vedra Cinemas. The entity offers a portfolio of companies including Cineplexes Violet Crown, Times Square Grand Slam and Showbiz.
Austin-based Marbella’s interests have partnered with Esvedra Cinema, the former being recently separated from the Elevate Entertainment Group. Austin Business Journal (read here). Originally, Elevate and Marbella were supposed to have run the entertainment component of Nashville Yard through the Evo Entertainment Group, which announced their efforts in September 2022 (read here).
The Hooky Nashville Yard includes 12 screen movie facilities, plus food and breakage options, bowling and video games. Sources said it would provide clues from the attractive facility to open quickly in Hatt, Texas (a suburb of Austin).
Hooky Nashville Yard is a mid-rice office and entertainment building in Nashville Yard, opens in front of the 900 block of Church Street (see here). Global Entertainment and Sports Agency Creative Artist Agency will become the building’s anchor tenant. Sources said the October opening was planned for foochy.
Nashville Yard’s master developers, Southwest Value Partners and AEG, are working together to develop the CAA building’s adjacent Pinnacle (which provides live music venues).
