Robin Spielberg’s 3/4 time title track “All the Best Returns” is just as melodic as her best work. She said Goldmine“I often signed communication with ‘Best, Robin’. When someone celebrates their birthday, they say, “Happy birthday and many happy returns.” When we have a birthday, we are taking another trip around the sun. As we are all traveling around the sun together, we wanted an album that reflected the journeys we all take separately. ”
“Round & Round” is packed with notes from spinning pianos. Spielberg said: “This continues the theme of my shared journey. The vinyl album spins in the record player, but you can skip or get stuck. Face problems and obstacles, get stuck and say, ‘I’m going here.’ When we think we have solved the problem, we overcome the difficulties here again.

Several of the songs on this 2025 album debuted in the past few years ahead of this month’s release, including this month’s release, “In The Forest Fairy.” “This was a family project. My daughter Valerie returned from college during the pandemic when campus was closed. Everyone was low. My tour was over. My talent booking agent, husband Larry, was dealing with cancellations, rescheduling, cancellations again. We cast a fairy spell, but Larry decorated Valerie, filming the music that was born in our heads, giving us magical thoughts.
The melancholy “The End of Summer” was also released the previous year, giving hints on how this album sounds. Spielberg said, “We launched this album in 2022 and released five tracks bundled as an EP. After that, I was sidelined by a huge orchestra project. By the wind It took me two years. I went back early this year, finished this album and released all 13 songs as physical products and songbooks. With a minor key, “end of summer” means the end of our long warm day and knows we will soon retreat to the next season. ”
Like “End of Summer,” the “Echo of the Land” also delivers a moody, minor sound. Spielberg concluded: Yellowstone. It was set in Montana and toured the area. They did a fantastic job in filming. At the end of the series, something incredible happened with an emotional twist. The land they managed for generations was under threat to be handed over to businesses to build casinos, so it appears they couldn’t get out of it. They then found a solution and returned the land to the Native American, which first owned it. They returned the land through the gift process. It was a very moving episode. I began to think that this land belongs to anyone. We are temporary custodians of life. ”
