• Disneyland Resort celebrates its 70th anniversary with a year-long festival starting Friday.

ANAHEIM, CA – When Walt Disney first welcomed guests to his happy place in 1955, he told them, “Disneyland is your land.”

Over the past 70 years, many longtime guests have come to be like that, returning to resorts in Southern California for personal milestones such as birthdays and engagement, and returning to everyday occasions such as the latest food and festival entertainment.

Now it’s Disneyland’s turn to celebrate.

Resort 70^th The anniversary festival begins on Friday with new experiences and return favourites that feel like a love letter to existing fans. It’s also an invitation to the first timer to discover why Disneyland is called the happiest place on the planet and make it yourself.

This is what is prepared for the year celebration.

New 70th anniversary entertainment, costumes, etc.

70 Themes^th Anniversaries are happy, and everything about it is designed to delight, from infectious, cheerful, seemingly omnipresent theme songs performed by the Jonas brothers to bright blue, pink and purple decorations.

“We wanted this to be the best birthday party we’ve ever had, so we wanted to celebrate with you guys,” said David Khansi, creative development manager at Walt Disney Imagering, who said Preview USA Today was attended earlier this week.

Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and their friends take the opportunity to have a vibrant new party outfit. Guests can see directly while meeting or greeting. That mini parade is also where guests can find Disney Bear and his friend Shelley May. Duffy is marking his 20^th It was Sherie May’s first major appearance at Disney Parks, her first major appearance at Disneyland.

In the evening, guests will be able to see a new projection show called Tapestry of Happiness on the façade of Disney Legend Mary Blair’s art style “It’s a Small World.”

The park’s actual anniversary, July 17th, with a new show called Walt Disney, Magical Life will debut at Disneyland’s Main Street Opera House. Introducing Disney’s Walt Disney’s first audio animatronics.

Other Main Street, US experience and new “It’s a Little World Poetry” will also premiere on July 17th.

“We’ve been working hard to get into the world,” said Jennifer McGill, executive producer at Disney Live Entertainment.

The latter is the name of a short projection show at Disney California Adventure (DCA). Multiple times each night, Tinkerbell appears to turn the face of Celebrate Happy: A Little of Magic Fore of Magic Fored Fist of Magic Fored Fore fore in the Carthay Circle Restaurant into the Castle of Sleeping Beauty.

DCA’s big new nighttime magnificent magnificent is called the world of happiness in colour! This is the seventh full-length iteration of the world of colour, pinned by characters from the “Inside Out” franchise.

“I would be very surprised if I didn’t leave a show where I was humming, dancing, moving, all the great emotions,” McGill said.

Guests will want to arrive early as the show will be preceded by a new pre-show show starring Muppets celebrating the 70s.^th Anniversary.

Don’t leave DCA without trying the Toy Story Mania, which has a special anniversary overlay. Guests can earn additional points by filming “70” targets across the attraction.

Throughout the resort, including Downtown’s Disney district, guests will find over 70 new food and drink offerings, a collection of four different anniversary items, and a variety of photo backgrounds showing their visits.

Returning Disneyland Favorites

Some of these anniversary food and drink offerings are inspired by past park menu items.

“We’re really looking forward to seeing some of these nostalgic classics return to the park,” says Disneyland chef Stephen Medina, pointing to the display tables opening day dishes like banana splits and apple pancake rolls. “And you can’t talk about Disney history with food without talking about chili. Walt was so well known for loving chili here in the park that he brought them in two different ways.”

One is water chili cheese baked potatoes, named after Walter Elias Disney. The other is a chili cheese corn dog coated with corn chips.

Other nostalgic items include glittering light drinks of dances nodging to the 1980s Disneyland video police area, and galley tuna melts on hooks back to early sea pirate ships and early chicken at restaurants.

Not too old, but Disney California adventures are back together. This is a daytime parade that debuted last year. Characters from a variety of Pixar movies will appear, including “Turning Red,” “Toy Story,” and “Monsters, Inc.”

Disneyland took home one of its most popular night parades and made the night painting the night that debuted at the park’s 60^th Anniversary celebration. The park is also reviving the epic mysterious journey of a beloved night that highlights 60 Disney animated films.

“One of the 70th special things is that there are so many new and exciting products, but we’re listening to the fans and regaining a classic that not only our guests but our cast members really and really love,” McGill said.

What else is happening at Disneyland?

More is happening throughout the resort.^th Congratulations.

On Friday, Disney California Adventure debuted a new show called Disney Junior: Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! It is primarily for families with young children, but adults may enjoy it as much as their children.

“We wanted to make sure this show was for the whole family,” show director David Underwood said. “Our show really feels like a mini musical.”

The premise is that Mickey and Minnie are throwing a party, but their friends don’t show up, so they go out to find them. “And this kind of thing is where fun begins,” Underwood said.

It’s synonymous with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, as it has singing, dancing, bubbles and of course the dance of hot dogs.

Pixar Pals Playtime Party and Stitch’s Interplanetary Beach Party Blast will return to Disneyland Park on May 23rd. Disney Junior Play Later! The party will arrive at DCA and Downtown Disney this summer. Holidays at Halloween Time, Plaza de la Familia and Disneyland Resort Return later this year.

Through it, the resort continues to offer staples that have loved it along with guests of 70 years. Escape from the worries of the outside world, a place that feels like a child again, and as Disney fans share with today’s USA, the magical magic of cast members.
