Why do Bollywood stars choose to rent an apartment?
According to real estate consultants, some Bollywood actors choose to rent real estate for personal preferences, such as ensuring a sea level view in certain locations, despite having the means to buy.
Experts also point out that in some cases the property you want is not on sale. In other instances, actors can rent a high-end apartment to enjoy a particular lifestyle, even if buying the same property is out of financial reach at the time.
